Great location with friendly staff that have a sufficient understanding of English.
The laundry room contained only 1 washing machine and dryer for the entire hotel.

It was a decent stay, and I would stay again if better options are fully booked.
It was clean, and there’s complimentary coffee, tea, and water 24/7. 5 min walk to a convenience store and 2 min from a bakery. The Luxury room was nice.
It’s a bit far from the Fujisawa Station, and the area is pretty dark at night. The shower in the Luxury room is too complicated to operate, and it doesn’t make it a better experience. Water pressure was much weaker than the standard room’s.
